Story Index project begins to coalesce
Here is what we are doing: mapping the new nascent exchanges, composing a glossary and translation table of how they define value in other than monetary terms (the local exchange, the one in the uk, bovespa, the others on tim’s intermediary slide) would be a great start to an analytics platform, it seems to me. Tim did most of the work on this slide; the Story Index team is going to turn it into a map and other things.

This is quite intriguing. I have tried to get more information on Socialtext, but apparently I have difficulties. I am preparing a Phd about grantees perceptions and self evaluation about current Social Impact Assessment methodologies. There is a lot of talk and stuff going on in the SROI (quantitative) field, but I would be more interested in projects like story telling, matching narratives, inquire collaboratively into peoples perceptions what success is. I will do that with Case studies on the grantee level at Social Venture Funds. I want to connect these (still initial) ideas with your and others thinking and research. best, susanna
